To create a 1,023 square foot retail sales tenant space from an existing 2,138 square foot office tenant space. This space will be located on the 1st story of the Broadbent Building at the North end next to Idaho Street. Work is to include an entry vestibule, interior nonbearing walls, interior finishes, fitting rooms, and alterations to the suspended ceiling system. The remainder of the former tenant space (i.e. 1,023 square feet) is NOT approved for occupancy. A separate permit is required for that 1,023 square foot space to establish a Certificate of Occupancy.
