CONGER/SAUCERMAN RCE # 2946 (T-MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS) This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. To construct a 9,307 square foot telephone exchange tenant space within an existing 20,634 square foot building. Work is to include 1-hr fire barrier walls around a battery room control area, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, 2 new exterior doors, a single user shower room accessible to the disabled, suspended ceilings, and interior finishes. In addition, two existing restrooms will be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled. A 2,377 square foot equipment enclosure will be constructed next to this building. A generator with fuel tanks and condensers for cooling will be installed within the enclosure. The enclosure will be surrounded by a chain link fence and will be open to the sky. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
