(HEWLETT PACKARD BLDG #3 - PHASE II UPGRADE - INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT PLATFORM)To perform selective demolition of specified HVAC equipment and associated ducts, controls and utilities and at all four corners of Building #3 HP in preparation for expansion of existing corner equipment mezzanine floor area by approximately 375 sq. ft. each; reinstalling existing sunscreen against wall of new build-out. Work includes construction of new reinforced footing and pier, new structural steel columns, floor & roof beamsand strengthening of specific existing columns; new steel deck & concrete overlay at mezzanine level and steel deck with single ply roof membrane; modify specific structural framing to allow new openings for ducts at mezzanine & roof; installation of 4 HVAC units, 4 circulating hot water units and all associated equipment and utilities to make new systems operate; complete all exterior finishes (new & reinstalled) & glazing.
