(RCE-1066 RSCI) (OLD SPAGHETTI FACTORY - SHELL) This building will be fire sprinklered for area increase under the tenant improvement permit. To alter an existing 10,584 square foot building for a future restaurant tenant. This permit is for shell work only and does NOT establish a Certificate of Occupancy. Work is to include a seismic upgrade (concrete shear walls and roof ties to perimeter walls), alterations to the roof structure (new beams, joists, columns, concrete footings), new wall openings (steel headers and columns), a new concrete slab on grade, fixed awnings, and new exterior windows and doors. A 428 square foot basement will be abandoned. A floor will be constructed over the stairway access and the existing floor will be strengthened. The tenant improvement work will be done under permit BLD06-02665. Interior non-structural demolition was done under permit BLD06-03204.
