To construct a whole floor (15,542 square feet) office tenant space on the 3rd Story of a high-rise building. Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, a 2-hr vestibule at the existing 2-hr stairway enclosure, a restroom accessible to the disabled, a delayed egress lock, doors, millwork, and finishes. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The shell and core, including the core restrooms, were constructed under permit BLD04-02348. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
