RCE-35 Vertical Construction (PREMIER INSURANCE - VISTA STATION - 1ST FLR) To remodel an existing 3,638 sq. ft. tenant space presently occupied by Premier Insurance under C.O. #10968, issued 4/6/06, for there continued use and to remodel 185 sq. ft. of common restroom & lobby area used by first floor tenant and by second floor for exiting. To add (2) two 60 minute door/frame assemblies with self-closing fire rated hardware from the north stair #231 into Idaho Rivers United tenant space on the west side and from stair 231 into the existing 1-hour exit corridor on the right. To install a new 20 minute labeled fire-rated, smoke and draft stop ("S" label), self closing, door/frame/hardware assembly from the rated corridor into Reception Waiting Room 201. To install a new exterior door/frame, door 107B, directly to the exterior from the new proposed conference Room. Work includes selective interior demolition of interior non-bearing walls and construction of new interior walls to create new private offices, conference, waiting & break rooms for Premier Insurance.To install new suspended ceiling grid system; upgrade electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances. To remodel the two existing common use restrooms located at the northwest corner of the first floor for accessibility compliance. All per approved plans, to include red-line notes theron and all attached plan review conditions of all reviewing agencies to be part of the approved plans requiring compliance. drs
