(RCE-3673) (RIVER PARK BLDG - UPGRADE) To install 60 minute rated/450 degree temperature rated doors in the west end one-hour rated stair enclosure per an expired Upgrade Agreement on file for this building per approved plans. The doors will be installed at the access into the west stair enclosure on all floors and at the small closets within the west stair enclosure on all floors per previous Alternate Approval/Upgrade Agreement. These types of doors are to also be installed at the elevator openings on hold-open on all floors at the east end alternate approved stair on a FUTURE separate permit. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. JCB
