APPLICANT CERTIFIES EXEMPTION PER IDAHO STATUTE 54-5205.)(FIVE MILE PLAZA) To amend an existing Upgrade Agreement on file and upgrade some of the fire walls per approved plans. Some of the fire wall locations have changed. Work to include extending a portion of the parapet to a 30" minimum height on the existing 4-hour rated fire wall, providing (2) 2-hour rated extensions through the canopy at the 4-hour rated fire wall per approval by Fire Marshal and Building Official, providing other 2-hour rated extensions through the canopy, providing 3/4 hour rated exterior door and windows where required relative to closeness to one fire wall, providing 2-hour rated interior wall infill in an existing opening in one of the fire walls, and some electrical work. Once the canopy is opened up for construction, site conditions may require additional architectural or structural detail resubmittals to be provided for some of the fire wall extensions. Insulation work required under the Upgrade Agreement will occur under a separate permit. Special Inspection required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when approved. NOTE: All buildings are fully fire sprinklered. JCB

Don and I went over requirements for the final inspection. I told him a fire sprinkler contractor needs to verify correct sprinkler coverage on either side of the new walls in the canopy.
