This space is located on the 1st story, Northwest corner, of 'BoDo Building #7' and will be used for retail sales. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, storefront windows and doors, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, a fitting room accessible to the disabled, display fixtures, and finishes. To resist lateral loads, steel columns and beams will be provided at several interior walls and at the exterior storefronts. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
