A Letter of Compliance is required for final approval creating a record of this new space. Work involves select demolition to allow construction of new tenant demising wall that will create this space; separation of existing electrical power and mechanical equipment / ductwork that previously extended into this area as part of Blockbuster Video. To install new electrical feed, meter and panel for this space and to connect to existing RTU and Condenser to serve this new space; to install a new 3' x 7', aluminum storefront access door and sidelight to service the new space; to relocate electrical fixtures and HVAC diffusers displaced by new dividing wall and separate utility systems.
