OFFICE. REMAINDER OF PROJECT AND ATTACHED PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS OF ALL AGENCIES REMAIN THE SAME. To remodel the interior of the 2,883 sq.ft. doctor's office and modify exterior with sidewalks, ramps, etc. per approved plans and CZC06-00170. Work includes selective demolition; construction of three fully accessible restrooms (staff/his/hers), drinking fountain; new reception/waiting area, office, exam & work areas; upgrade electrical, plumbing and mechanical as per plans. Existing items not modified can remain per original codes. All new work to comply with current codes. Door hardware shall comply with Sec. 1008.1.8, 2003 IBC. Emergency ligthing is required in all paths of egress as well as exit discharge lighting. The thumbturn needs to be removed from the south exit. Approved hardware needs to be provided on the west exit. The landings are incorrect but being worked on per the contractor. This inspection was only for the south half of the project.
