(IDAHO SLEEP SERVICES - LANSING INVESTMENTS BLDG) To build-out within a 6,578 sq.ft. SHELL & CORE structure to create a medical office/sleep evaluation tenant space for Idaho Sleep Services. This tenant occupies the entire building. Work includes construction of interior non-bearing walls to create reception, breakroom, office & exam areas in East half of building and sleep rooms, laundry and support/control areas in the West half. The main entry lobby restrooms and janitors closet were part of the SHELL permit (BLD04-01222, 2000 IBC). Work includes an accessible restroom for each sleep unit; four sleep units with joint use of accessible restroom and shower room; suspended ceiling grid system below existing sheetrock lid on bottom of trusses; millwork, finishes, electrical, mechanical & plumbing work to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances of Boise City. The envelope and four HVAC units in attic were part of the SHELL permit. The west end wall of the SHELL building is one hour fire-resitive construction, due to proximity to property line, for a distance of 40' starting at the furthest north west corner then south for 40 feet. Unprotected opening are limited to 10% of the 40' wall area. A "Certificate of Occupancy" is required from Boise City before the tenant space can be legally occupied for use. drs
