Work to include, removal of portions ot nonbearing partitions, remove and relocate existing door, repair wall, construction of new partition to create file storage room, installation of new HVAC systemm, installation of new lighting. This building is fully fire sprinkled and contains an alarm system. ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND OR ALARM SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE APPLICATIONS PLAN SUBMITTALS AND PERMITS.
