This lot is within the hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. A class "A" roof system and defensible area will be maintained. A modified 13D fire sprinkler system is required for this house. In addition to the requirements of 13D, all closets, small bathrooms and home foyers are to be protected, and in addition, a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers shall be installed in all attached garages along the walls common to the garage and the living space, with sprinklers spaced sideways according to their listing requirements.
