(ST. JOHN'S CATHEDRAL - BASEMENT REMODEL - CHOIR LOFT REMODEL) To remodel the basement (about 11,800 square feet) and the choir loft (about 1,950 square feet) of an existing church. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 3 restrooms accessible to the disabled, movable partitions, the structural support for movable partitions, a 1-hr corridor, steel structure support at door headers, grease hoods and ducts, gypsum board ceilings, gypsum board soffits, suspended acoustical ceilings, and finishes. The exterior ramp will be constructed under a future permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. **CJW**
