(PALMER BUILDING) To remodel an existing 6,960 square feet, 2 story structure, with a basement for leaseable office space. An existing 789 square feet residential unit is located on the 2nd floor. The first floor is 3,223 square feet, the basement is 2,947 square feet. Work included in this permit is to provide two accessible restrooms on the first floor, replace drywall throughout. NOTE: This building is not required to meet Section 903.2.7 because it has been determined that the residential unit was existing prior to the adoption of the 2003 IBC.
