Unico Properties (US BANK PLAZA - 10TH STORY - RESTROOM UPGRADE) This building is fire sprinklered for high-rise. To upgrade the core restrooms located on the 10th story of the US Bank Plaza to be accessible to the disabled. Selective nonstructural demolition within the restrooms is also covered under this permit. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, relocated or new plumbing fixtures, and interior finishes. The 1-hr corridor/elevator lobby located on the 10th story is required to be maintained. Quick-response fire sprinkler heads are required to be installed within the egress corridor/elevator lobby and within every room opening into the egress corridor/elevator lobby where the door between the room and the egress corridor does not have a 20 minute fire protection rating with closers and latches. A separate fire sprinkler permit is required. The fire sprinkler system within the rest of the 10th story will NOT be upgraded at this time. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system within the core area is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
