(CORVARA LLC - "VANILLA FINISH" REMODEL - NO TENANT DECLARED) **THIS BUILDING IS TO BE FIRE SPRINKLERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH NFPA 13 AS PART OF THIS PERMIT**. The addition of the sprinkler system will be used to downgrade construction type to Type VB. The sprinkler will be used to increase allowable area (by 2) and increase number of stories by one for future occupancies.
