(Baklap Ventures Retail Shops - Shell and Two Vanilla Finish Spaces) - To construct a new 11,955 square foot, one story, commercial shell building and related site improvements. This building will be constructed of masonry exterior walls, concrete slab floors, steel roof joist and metal roof deck. This shell building designed for four future tenant spaces, three retail spaces and one A-3 Occupancy fitness center. This permit will aslo include the vanilla finish for two 1,430 square foot vanilla finished tenant spaces, each with one accessible restroom. This building is not fire sprinkled and has been reviewed as nonseparated uses. No A2 Occupancies are allowed in this building unless separated by two hour fire barrier walls or fire walls completely separating the A2 Occupancy from the remainder of the building. This is shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy.
