Boise Rescue Mission River of Life - (Addition and Remodel) - Phase 1 - To demolish and remove existing interior partitions, doors and kitchen equipment to delete the existing kitchen, walls separating the small and large dining areas. To remodel these areas to create one large (1740 sq. ft.) dining room. To construct a 1,300 square foot, one story, kitchen addition on the northeast corner of the existing building. The addition is constructed of concrete foundation and slab floor, masonry exterior walls and metal roof joist framing with metal roof deck and single ply membrane roofing system. Phase 2 - To convert the existing Day Shelter into additional showers and restroom. To remove two existing exterior windows and install two new egress doors at the north and west exterior walls of large first floor west men's dormitory room. This permit also includes related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. This building is being reviewed as nonseparated uses, with the A-2 Occupancy being most restrictive. The sprinkler system is used for story increase.
