Montessori School Child Care Facility (established under MIS04-00176, C.O. #10272) by removing existing offices, kitchen and meeting areas; too create two new classrooms and support areas; reconfigure bathrooms to serve new classrooms; add new exterior doors such that all classrooms have exits directly to exterior; create two new office areas, an Art Room and Library; change the use of the sanctuary into an indoor exercise area. Scope of work will not increase existing buidling area or occupancy use group per the original certificate of occupancy of 8/31/04, but it will change the total occupant load. All per approved plans, zoning ordinance, central district health and licensing requirements of Boise City Clerk.
