A 2-hour fire barrier wall is being constructed as part of this permit to create a fire area less than 5,000 sq. ft. so tenant space does not require a sprinkler system. Work includes interior walls to create two fully accessible restrooms, a kitchen food prep & service area and a dining / queue area; new electrical, mechanical and plumbing; type I Grease hood / Exhaust system and kitchen equipment; a suspended grid ceiling system in the kitchen area, gyp board ceiling in the restrooms with the dining / queue and accessible route to the restrooms open to existing structure. drs
