(BOISE NEIGHBORHOOD LIBRARY - HILLCREST SHOPPING CENTER) This building is fire sprinklered for unlimited area. To combine two tenant spaces within the Hillcrest Shopping Center to create one 8,248 square foot branch library for the City of Boise. Selective demolition is also covered under this permit. Work is to include two restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, finishes, 'Solatube' skylights, and a new exterior concrete landing and stairway. In addition, one new opening will be created in an existing masonry wall. Steel headers and jambs will be provided. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
