To construct interior improvements within the basement (1,734 square feet) and on the 1st story (1,795 square feet) of the Historic Foster Building for a new office occupant. The basement and 1st story will be under the control of a single tenant. Work is to include a new stairway to serve the basement, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
