(ST LUKES - 3 EAST TOWER ANNEX - PATIENT ROOMS) This building is fully sprinklered. To build out and finish for hospital use a 21,139 sq. ft. shell area in the east tower annex and the associated connection with the existing east tower highrise, for use as medical-surgical patient rooms for telemetry monitoring. Work includes non-combustible, fire-resistive construction to create private patient rooms at the perimeter walls and centrally located nursing and support areas; two suite areas are being created; a smoke partition corridor is being extended to connect the east tower high rise exit / stair enclosure system to the existing two stair enclosures serving this new medical floor of the east tower annex. Work includes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler alarm and medical gas system additions. A minimum of two fully accessible patient rooms are required and provided. A Certificate of Occupancy is required for the third floor build-out before occupying. drs
