After the expansion, the 2nd story of this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 1,851 square feet (34 occupant load) and the 1st story of this tenant space will continue to have a floor area of about 2,665 square feet (43 occupant load). The volume of this tenant space will not change. Work is to include bearing walls, wood joists, wood sheathing, lightweight gypcrete floor topping, guards, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
