This building is fire sprinklered for story increase and for code trade-offs. To construct a 1,768 square foot office tenant space on the 2nd story of the Historic Foster Building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, polycarbonate panels attached to steel studs, plywood panels attached to steel studs, interior doors, cabinets, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
