To add approximately 5,810 square feet of new floor area to the first floor, this tabulated area includes a 3,800 square feet of additional floor area for the physical therapy wing, enlarging the existing dining room by 1,120 square feet, and the remainder 890 square feet includes the new covered entries and storage rooms. To add approximately 2,600 square feet of new floor area to the second floor. This area includes a 1,120 square feet addition to the existing dining room and 1,455 square feet is for new office space above the new physical therapy wing. Additional work included in this permit is to renovate selected residence rooms, office spaces, the nurse's station and lobby areas.
