**(GEXPRO)**(VAN AUKER WAREHOUSE)** To remodel an eixsting 16,655 sq ft warehouse office space per approved plans. The remodel of the space will occur on the 3,100 sq ft mezzanine. And to add a 12 ' X 12' chain link trash enclosure on the exterior of building. Work will include, construction of nonbearing partitions to create an enclosed 504 sq ft office space and a 598 sq ft storage area, furr out exterior walls, insulate interior and exterior wall, install new HVAC Condensor and new ducting, installation of new lighting and switching, Miscellaneous related finishes. The building was constructed under BLD04-02121. The mezzanine was constructed under BLD05-00288. NO New racking over eight feet high shall be installed without a separate permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall be installed and maintained per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
