The building will be constructed of concrete tilt-up exterior walls, interior steel columns and steel roof joists. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are used for area increase. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy.
