Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, a restroom upgraded to be accessible to the disabled, an exterior stairway, an exterior door, two exterior windows, interior windows, interior doors, steel headers over new openings in an exterior masonry wall, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural calculations, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
