To add approxamately 5,530 square feet of additional floor area to an existing 1,840 square feet, A-3, assembly building. Work included in this permit is to add three new educational class rooms, a 3,600 square feet sanctuary with fixed seating, construction of two new accessible restrooms, and a 200 square feet warming kitchen. NOTE: A two hour fire barrier will be used to separate the A-3 fire areas and maintain a occupant load below three hundred. All construction shall be per the approved plans and attached comment list.
