(MOTIVE POWER) To remodel the interior of an existing 4,890 sq.ft. office / restroom area with minor exterior remodel associated with an existing industrial site per approved plans. To perform selective interior demolition; construct interior non-combustible frame walls to create relocated training rooms, private office, break/work area and open office for 42 new built in desks; infill existing openings in perimeter walls and add 4 new 5' x 2' windows in north wall; upgrade doors, landings and hardware to comply for accessibility; to upgrade existing restrooms for accessibility by enlarging the Womens restroom to add a second water closet in an accessible stall and modifying the Mens restroom to add an accessible water closet in a stall and a urinal and add two new water closets; install suspended accoustical ceiling grid, interior finishes, accordion door and millwork; and to upgrade electrical, plumbing & mechanical. Note: This site and all buildings were constructed in Ada County and annexed into Boise City on 12/29/04. drs
