To remodel an existing 9,742 square foot building (8,550 square foot inside and 1,192 square foot covered storage) and convert it to office and storage use. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, an interior stairway, interior doors, interior windows, millwork, and finishes. The 783 square foot basement is NOT approved for occupancy because it will NOT have a compliant egress system. An existing 1,565 square foot separate building on this site will be demolished. The parking lot work is not covered under this permit. Site work in the public way will be done in conjunction with this permit. A license agreement with ACHD governs the proposed construction in the public way.
