Analysis performed by Dean Briggs, Briggs Engineering. To remove drywall from wall and ceiling; remove 2" x 8" joists, roof sheathing and roof covering. To replace with like materials to match the remaining structure finishes for roof/ceiling portion and to add new studs in exterior bearing wall beside existing charred studs; to repair electrical & mechanical damaged by fire, all per submitted engineering Structural Design data.
