**(US BANK)** (First FLoor Lobby remodel) new ceilings new entry doors and rest rooms upgrade to comply with ICC/A117.1 accessible to the disabled. Selective nonstructural demolition is also covered under this permit. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, relocated or new plumbing fixtures, and interior finishes. ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT. And shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department A separate fire sprinkler permit is required. All work is required to comply with the approved drawings and with all applicable codes.
