This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. To remodel the storefront and the canopy of Building #200 (South multiple tenant building). The parking lot will also be remodeled in conjunction with this permit. Work is to include new storefront glazing, new storefront glass doors, new parapets on existing exterior walls, new braces to the roof deck for new parapets, new exterior wall infills, new steel beams, new steel roof decking, exterior veneer brick, and new exterior stucco. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. This is a shell only permit.
