(COOL HAND LUKE'S - ADELMANN BLDG - SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 1ST STORY & ENTIRE 2ND STORY) The fire sprinkler system substitutes for 1-hr fire-resistance-rated construction of the building. To remodel the entire 5,800 square foot 2nd story and 1,543 square feet of the 1st story for a new restaurant / bar tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, millwork, booths, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezer, interior doors, two grease hoods and grease ducts, a dishwasher hood and duct, a horizontal sliding security grill, and finishes. The restrooms were approved under permit BLD00-02025 and shall be maintained accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
