Spoke with Mark of SBI contracting regarding bldg. final. Needs plumbing and elec, to final or temp as well. No framing inspections have been done on this job. Interior walls and ceiling grid have been built. Walls are covered. Noted to Mark with SBI contractors to call in for bldg. conferance on Tuesday AM. and will go over work to date and see what needs to be done. Also explained above situation to architect and noted to him that I would not give a TEmp. occ until other trades have temp or final and what additional work might be required since no framing insp. have taken place. Will contact the bldg. official (G. Slane) prior to proceeding on Tuesday morning.

A temporary occupancy was given with sam rogers and dave hannimans permission until the racking permit has been taken care of. During the TOC period no product will be allowed to be stored on the racks.

Repair exit signs in the warehouse. Provide approved hardware on the office doors. Provide fire extinguisher in the warehouse per review note #3. Comply with note #32 of the plan review comments for storage. Currently the steel racks are 10'-0" in height with the top of storage at 16'-0". The existing sprinkler riser does not state what class of commodity or heighth of storage it was designed for. But is did state that the denisty was .295 gpm over 2,600 square feet. steve Phone #: ###-####
