(STRATTON OFFICE - RESTROOM ADDITION - BODO BLDG #4 - SUITE 290) This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase and for fire area reasons. To construct a 290 square foot restroom addition to an existing 2,520 square foot office tenant space located on the 2nd story of Bodo Building #4 (Northeast end). After the addition, this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 2,810 square feet. The restroom area was demised under permit BLD07-03236 in conjunction with work permitted in an adjacent area. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, and finishes. In addition, a new HVAC unit will be installed on the roof in conjunction with this permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
