To construct a 290 square foot restroom addition to an existing 2,520 square foot office tenant space located on the 2nd story of Bodo Building #4 (Northeast end). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, and finishes. In addition, a new HVAC unit will be installed on the roof in conjunction with this permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
