Life safety passed. The original parts have been re-installed in the facp. Mountain Alarm was hired to verify that everything was working. I requested a representative to be present to test the system and found that zones #9 and #10 needed to be swapped. The second phone line is functional. The handle on the PIV is not permanantly mounted. I told the onsite tenant representative to contact a fire sprinkler company to get the replacement bolt. The PIV is still functional.

All life safey items have been corrected except for the fire alarm panel. The tenant hired "The Fire Alarm Guy" to get the system running again. I contacted him to verify different items and found that the circuit board of the panel had been replaced with another. Also there is only one phone line active. Per the monitoring company the tamper zone is rolling the fire trucks. I informed Mark that permits are required for this type of work and that he should contact sam rogers for further information. I contacted sam as well.
