Cripe Properties Business Way Warehouse - To construct a new 5,890 square foot, one story, wood framed warehouse and office building and related site improvements. This building was not constructed as approved. A plan modification was submitted on 8/24/12, with as-built drawings, to show that the building was actually constructed with the large storage area square footage increased by 600 square feet (12 feet longer) and the front storage area increased by 170 square feet (2 feet wider) more than the original approved plans. The office portion was not finished and is shown as additional storage area. The new square footage of the building is now 6,660 sq. ft. There were also some site modifications. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
