Work to include construction of interior walls to create two completed accessible restrooms; two fully compliant accessible drinking fountains, one low for forward approach and one high for standing approach ( Sec. 1109.5 IBC); a wall and service sink; suspended ceiling grid system; interior wall finishes, doors and hardware; and upgrade of electrical, mechanical & plumbing per adopted codes.
