This permit is for construction of a new one story single family dwelling with a basement and an attached garage. The basement is a total of 1903 sq. ft. with 1150 sq. ft. of livable area with two bedrooms and one bathroom. 753 sq. ft. of the basement is storage and a one car garage. The main level is 3090 sq. ft. and has the master bedroom and two bathrooms. The floor under the main level that is not basement is a conditioned crawl using spray foam insulation, the contractor upon deciding what product to use will provide a testing report for the insulation at inspection. The attached garage is 793 sq. ft. Built per all approved plans, engineering, and plan review report. This lot is within the hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. A class "A" roof system and defensible area will be maintained. This house requires a modified NFPA 13D sprinkler system. In addition to the requirements of 13D, all closets, baths and foyers shall be protected with sprinklers and attached garages shall be protected with a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along the wall between the house and the garage. Any and all NFPA 13D systems shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device commonly referred to as a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device.
