Work includes construction of interior nonbearing walls to divide this space into retail/clothing display areas, storage room, office, two fully accessible restrooms for men/women and upgrade electrical, mechanical & plumbing to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances of Boise City. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Sealing & insulation of ductwork, mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. One main exit can have a key locking device, readily distinguishable as being locked with approved sign as noted on plans. All others to be openable from egress side without the use of a key, special knowledge, or effort. THIS BUILDING IS NOT FIRE SPRINKLERED. All work per approved plans and Plan review report. (SRZ)
