Griffeth Office Building (Shell & Core Only) - To construct a new 3,255 square foot, one story, wood framed office shell and core building and related site improvements. The core area is 525 square feet and contains an entry lobby, two restrooms, a janitor closet and electrical room. This building is being proposed for three separate office tenant spaces. The mechanical equipment is located on a mechanical platform in the attic. This is shell and core permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
