To construct a 6,330 square foot whole floor office tenant space on the 3rd story of a new 21,000 square foot 3 story building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits, millwork, and finishes. The restrooms, drinking fountain, and service sink were installed under the shell permit (BLD07-03134). The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
