The Family Center - Pad 8 - (Shell Only) - To construct a new 8,000 square foot, one story retail shell building and related site improvements. This building is constructed of masonry exterior walls and steel roof joists. This is a shell building only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. This permit was modified to move the building approximately 15 feet to the north. This involved some site layout and landscaping changes. There were no building modifications. This modification was approved on 1/12/09. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
