This permit is for the construction of a 1811 sq. ft. new, two story single family dwelling. The first story is 936 sq. ft. and contains a kitchen, living room and one bathroom. The second story is 875 sq. ft. and contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This house is located on the property within five feet of the property line, therefore the wall within five feet will be framed in one hour construction per gypsum detail WP 3661. The eaves on each section of the house where they extend to within the five feet will be rated for one hour with two layers of 5/8 X per gypsum detail RC 2602. The popout shown on the approved plans has been removed. The fireplace will be framed flush with the exterior wall. Included in this permit is a detached garage of 462 sq. ft. The garage is also within five feet to the property line and will also be framed to gypsum detail WP 6631.
