Verify draft stop in attic; new interior walls to create seven private offices, a conference room, two reception areas and one MENS & one WOMENS, fully accessible restrooms; installation of three interior windows between office's and assembly area and a framed opening as an access doorway between the two areas, for future 3' x 7' door installation; sheetrock walls and ceiling finish through out the office with surface mounted light fixture's; install dual switches for light fixture energy code compliance; and electrical, mechanical and plumbing upgrades for new occupancy use.
